Mold Inspection

If I suspect a mold problem what should be done about it? Is it really as serious as some people say?

• Our technicians will coordinate with our industrial/environmental hygienist to conduct an onsite evaluation, perform diagnostic testing, including air quality sampling to determine levels of airborne contaminants.
• Establish written protocol for mold remediation
• Determine water source and extent of water migration, areas still containing elevated moisture levels, presence of mold, wood rot, compromised subfloor or wood structure, etc.(Link to Mold Clean-up)
  
  
  
  Visible mold growth on the wall, baseboard, and subfloor. Is the mold even worse on the other side of the baseboard and drywall? What about the insulation or crawl space underneath? Do you detect any musty odor in this area of your home?
