Mold Remediation & Clean Up

If I suspect a mold problem what should be done about it? Is it really as serious as some people say?

• We offer air quality and mold testing by an industrial hygienist to determine level of contamination prior to and immediately following the mold remediation services to determine types of mold and levels of contamination.
• We will set up containment and decontamination chambers under negative pressure to prevent mold spores from spreading to other areas of your home.
• We will set up HEPA filtration air scrubbers commonly placed inside and outside the containment to reduce the risk of cross contamination of airborne particles.
• We will remove contaminated drywall, insulation, and anything else not salvageable. Haul and dispose of all trash the same day.

• We will HEPA vacuum, clean, and treat all mold affected surfaces.
• We will dry all affected wood structure and remaining porous material to within industry standards
• We will treat and encapsulate all affected areas.
• We offer duct cleaning and sanitizing of entire HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Cooling) system
• Post remedial testing (air quality and surface samples) for clearance can be performed by our industrial hygienist
