What seemed small to me relating to a water issue in our basement turns out we needed some professionals to point out things we overlooked. The team from A&D Hydra Clean took charge and with care and knowledge restored our basement from mold and water damage. From the initial inspection that was very thorough, everyone involved in this process performed with respect for our home and a love for restoration.

Had two plumbing leaks with water damage in two area of our home and A&D did an amazing job with water damage mitigation and restoration. Also had them install plank flooring and redo carpet to wooden stairs in basement and it looks amazing. The whole team is friendly and professional, highly recommend!

We had our basement flood while we were in Europe on vacation. A&D was super responsive and helpful. They were able to communicate with my parents who were at the house and quickly identify the broken pipe, mitigate the damage, and then fix our drywall and carpet. All the employees we worked with were very professional and personable.

I was absolutely blown away by Kyle and the A&D team. They are extremely professional, listened to my concerns, showed me and documented issues at each step. They made it a no brainer proving to the insurance company that there were more issues then the insurance company thought. I have no problem recommended Kyle and the A&D team to family, friends and clients of mine.

I cannot thank you enough A&D Hydra Clean. I called at 6:12 am after noted the water in my basement. The person who answered my call was extremely helpful. I hope that this situation never happens again, but without ANY question, if I need any of the services offered by A&D Hydra Clean, I will call immediately. This is a REAL comment.

We have used A&D four times in two different homes, all for water damage. In every case they provided exceptional service. In one case, our kitchen floor was damaged. We took this opportunity to remodel the whole kitchen, which A&D did. They did a fantastic job with the design and remodel. I highly recommend A&D.

A&D Hydra Clean to the rescue! After engaging ServPro to clean up a sewage backup in my basement, and being highly disappointed with their lack of care, they made the mess worse. I called Kyle with A&D and he had someone out to do the job the RIGHT way fast. Using botanical, non toxic cleaners, taking care to not cause further contamination, and removing any and all damaged items from my basement. They were methodical, fast, and thorough. To say I was a little neurotic about the clean up was an understatement since this was sewage, and we are in the middle of COVID, but James and Alden put me at ease and handled the clean up in a professional and safe manner. I have nothing but good things to say!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We found a leak in our kitchen on Super Bowl Sunday night. A&D answered right away and walked me through what to do in order to prevent further damage. First thing the next morning they had a crew out taking care of the issue. They even went to bat for us when our insurance company made us a low initial offer for settlement. We were eventually reimbursed the full amount. Our house looks so much better than it did before the water damage. If you want amazing customer service and the job done right this is the company to call.

When my kitchen was flooded b/c of a broken ice maker, A&B came out the same day to review the damage and gave a great estimate and immediately went to work on repairs. My entire kitchen was damaged and the rebuilt the entire kitchen in record time - highly recommend

Through their quick actions, they saved our new kitchen when a water line sprung a leak. And they did so with thoughtfulness and professionalism. They paid close attention to their work and how they could avoid causing other harm to the home as they set up equipment. They were recommended by a family friend when we had a low leak burst in our home. The damage was extensive and the repair was complicated. This company made it as smooth as this kind of thing can be. They were great at explaining what was going to happen— even how it would all work from an insurance perspective. And the work that they provided was high quality. Our floors look better than they did before. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would do so again.

Our dishwasher leaked & caused mold. They had to replace our wet bottom cabinets and go without some of our kitchen during this process. A&D did an awesome job even giving us a temp sink. They helped us through the insurance claim & made sure we met our goal of our kitchen back for Thanksgiving. They are the best. We are hiring them now to do a bathroom update & a ceiling repair. Great Experience with A&D Hydraclean. The customer service is exemplary. I had flooding in my basement due to a frozen pipe. Kyle and his team arrived promptly after the 1st phone call and started the remediation work the same day. The crew talked us through the entire process and answered all our questions every step of the way. They provided estimates and also connected with my insurance to make sure all the work will be covered under my policy. I called A&D Hydra Clean after my toilet broke and spilled water for several hours. Several rooms with carpet and laminate floors were soaked. A&D was able to come and start the drying process immediately. The restoration took a little while, but I'm happy with the final results. They worked directly with the insurance adjustor when he came out. They were easy to keep in touch with throughout the process. I would use them again if I need restoration services in the future.

I actually had two experiences with A&D Hydra Clean, the first about 18 years ago and the second last week. My first flood was caused by a break in my outdoor spigot that sent water down the walls into my basement. The second occurred when my sump pump shut down and my back-up system failed. On both occasions, the A&D team acted quickly and professionally to dry up the water and prevent the mold and mildew problems that would have surely occurred in just a few days. During my problem last week, they were at my house within an hour of my call, had a very competitive insurance estimate ready in about 30 minutes and I hired them a few minutes later. Within 30 minutes of that time, A&D had a half dozen guys in my basement setting up 21 pieces of professional drying equipment, mostly air movers but also a large commercial dehumidifier and an air purifier too. They tested for water in all of my basement walls, identifying several areas where water had leaked up into a wall and had to be dried. They neatly removed all of the necessary baseboard moldings, drilled some holes which will be covered when I reapply the baseboards and shot air into the holes to dry the walls out over a 72 hour period. I could go on and on but I will stop here. If you have a problem with water damage in your basement, do yourself a favor and call A&D Hydra Clean. They saved my basement twice!

Heard water running from somewhere in the wall behind our half bathroom sink. I immediately called A&D who prompted me to turn off the water supply to prevent further damage. They had two men come to inspect only an hour or so after I called. They found a busted pipe in our crawl space, took photos of the damage, gave me advice on the next steps I should take, scheduled a plumber to fix the pipe - who arrived the same day within a couple hours, and set up equipment in our crawl to begin the drying process. They came back within a couple days to check the status of the damaged area and their equipment. The technicians were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Our basement flooded. We called them at 11:00 PM, the night of the flood. They explained all they could do. Called next morning at 7:00 AM & had a team at the house by 9:00 AM, drying & ripping out & left. That evening they cleaned out the basement & fans drying everything. Then began the repair & replacement of everything – extremely timely & efficient. Great to work with & very accommodating.
