What a wonderful company to have restore our home after water damage! Every one of the A&D associates was friendly, efficient, hard-working, skillful, and professional in their approach to our job. Communications with them was excellent and we always knew the status of our project. We feel so fortunate to have found A&D to work with and their service and performance was beyond our expectations and far superior to almost all other service related companies we have ever used. They solved every wrinkle that came up in our restoration project with an innovative solution. We will look forward to utilizing them on our other possible upcoming projects.

All of their teams “hit the beach” at our house like Normandy invasion! They had all the latest detection equipment, solid experience team leaders and experts, and made immediate calls to additional experts (e.g. plumbers, et al) who landed at our house within the hour! They stayed focused, considerate and totally professional throught the entire processed, answered all of our concerns and questions and literally got us back to prior as-is (or better) in a super-timely and fairly priced fashion. And their pictures, data, drawings and specs of the cause, condition, repair and restoration of the job was very detailed, precise and totally as-needed for our and then insurance company needs to the Nth degree. All we can say is “Wow! We had fairly extensive water damage. They showed up within a day or two. Assessed what needed to be done and came out quickly to remediate. When something like this happens, having someone who works with a sense of urgency is very important to me.

A&D Hydra Clean to the rescue! After engaging ServPro to clean up a sewage backup in my basement, and being highly disappointed with their lack of care, they made the mess worse. I called Kyle with A&D and he had someone out to do the job the RIGHT way fast. Using botanical, non toxic cleaners, taking care to not cause further contamination, and removing any and all damaged items from my basement. They were methodical, fast, and thorough. To say I was a little neurotic about the clean up was an understatement since this was sewage, and we are in the middle of COVID, but James and Alden put me at ease and handled the clean up in a professional and safe manner. I have nothing but good things to say!

We had our basement flood while we were in Europe on vacation. A&D was super responsive and helpful. They were able to communicate with my parents who were at the house and quickly identify the broken pipe, mitigate the damage, and then fix our drywall and carpet. All the employees we worked with were very professional and personable.
