Having an ejector pit back up is awful, but everyone I worked with through A&D Hydra Clean has been amazing. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work done so far, and how the whole team is careful to explain things thoroughly to someone like myself with little experience. Highly recommended.

Our dishwasher leaked & caused mold. They had to replace our wet bottom cabinets and go without some of our kitchen during this process. A&D did an awesome job even giving us a temp sink. They helped us through the insurance claim & made sure we met our goal of our kitchen back for Thanksgiving. They are the best. We are hiring them now to do a bathroom update & a ceiling repair. I cannot thank you enough A&D Hydra Clean. I called at 6:12 am after noted the water in my basement. The person who answered my call was extremely helpful. I hope that this situation never happens again, but without ANY question, if I need any of the services offered by A&D Hydra Clean, I will call immediately. This is a REAL comment.

Since moving into our home a year ago, we’ve poured almost $140,000 into repairs. We bought a flipped house—huge mistake—and it’s been one issue after another ever since. I went back and counted my receipts: we’ve worked with 27 different contractors. Twenty-seven!

And out of all of them, A&D is hands-down the best.

We had storm damage that caused water to seep into the house. A&D stepped in and handled everything: they removed our windows and floors (new windows installed by another company, Window World), dried out and boarded up the area, replaced drywall, retextured the ceiling, and repainted the interior. I watched one of their guys, Floyd, walk around with a flashlight inspecting every inch of the ceiling after painting.

Kyle (the boss) and Eric (his crew chief - the guy in the field) worked closely with me to make sure every single detail was right. And Tricia, their office manager, is a total gem. She’s hilarious, warm, and made the whole process easier.

I genuinely love this company. After everything we’ve been through with this house, A&D is the one team I continue to trust again and again. And their work is very reasonably priced: they don’t scam you like some of the other local emergency repair companies that I’ve worked with. They are honest, down-to-earth people who take pride in their work. Pics of their work are attached—they speak for themselves.

We were very impressed with the professional experience that the people of A&D provide. From beginning to end everyone was a pleasure to work with, especially Eric, who couldn't be more polite and honest. I can say the same about Frank (plumber). Kyle was quick to organize and orchestrate all the work in a timely manner. Can't really say enough about how happy we are with the whole team at A&D.

Had two plumbing leaks with water damage in two area of our home and A&D did an amazing job with water damage mitigation and restoration. Also had them install plank flooring and redo carpet to wooden stairs in basement and it looks amazing. The whole team is friendly and professional, highly recommend!
