I called Kyle with A&D and he had someone out to do the job the RIGHT... way fast. Using botanical, non toxic cleaners, taking care to not cause further contamination, and removing any and all damaged items from my basement. They were methodical, fast, and thorough. To say I was a little neurotic about the clean up was an understatement since this was sewage, and we are in the middle of COVID, but James and Alden put me at ease and handled the clean up in a professional and safe manner.
