Storm Damage

A&D Hydra Clean to the rescue! After engaging ServPro to clean up a sewage backup in my basement, and being highly disappointed with their lack of care, they made the mess worse. I called Kyle with A&D and he had someone out to do the job the RIGHT way fast. Using botanical, non toxic cleaners, taking care to not cause further contamination, and removing any and all damaged items from my basement. They were methodical, fast, and thorough. To say I was a little neurotic about the clean up was an understatement since this was sewage, and we are in the middle of COVID, but James and Alden put me at ease and handled the clean up in a professional and safe manner. I have nothing but good things to say!

We were very impressed with the professional experience that the people of A&D provide. From beginning to end everyone was a pleasure to work with, especially Eric, who couldn't be more polite and honest. I can say the same about Frank (plumber). Kyle was quick to organize and orchestrate all the work in a timely manner. Can't really say enough about how happy we are with the whole team at A&D.

We have used A&D four times in two different homes, all for water damage. In every case they provided exceptional service. In one case, our kitchen floor was damaged. We took this opportunity to remodel the whole kitchen, which A&D did. They did a fantastic job with the design and remodel. I highly recommend A&D.

I was absolutely blown away by Kyle and the A&D team. They are extremely professional, listened to my concerns, showed me and documented issues at each step. They made it a no brainer proving to the insurance company that there were more issues then the insurance company thought. A&D HydraClean is THE BEST! This was our first time needing asap inspection, solutions, emergency water extraction, and detailed restoration & reconstruction. All of their teams “hit the beach” at our house like Normandy invasion! They had all the latest detection equipment, solid experience team leaders and experts, and made immediate calls to additional experts (e.g. plumbers, et al) who landed at our house within the hour! They stayed focused, considerate and totally professional throught the entire processed, answered all of our concerns and questions and literally got us back to prior as-is (or better) in a super-timely and fairly priced fashion. And their pictures, data, drawings and specs of the cause, condition, repair and restoration of the job was very detailed, precise and totally as-needed for our and then insurance company needs to the Nth degree. All we can say is “Wow! So very very glad we found A&D on the unfortunate event at our home.” We have A&D and their leaders Eric M, Kyle O, and Ben S - and others - on our speed-dial list now! 5+ stars and thank you again A&D.
