What seemed small to me relating to a water issue in our basement turns out we needed some professionals to point out things we overlooked. The team from A&D Hydra Clean took charge and with care and knowledge restored our basement from mold and water damage. A&D Hydra Clean to the rescue! After engaging ServPro to clean up a sewage backup in my basement, and being highly disappointed with their lack of care, they made the mess worse. I called Kyle with A&D and he had someone out to do the job the RIGHT way fast. Using botanical, non toxic cleaners, taking care to not cause further contamination, and removing any and all damaged items from my basement. They were methodical, fast, and thorough. To say I was a little neurotic about the clean up was an understatement since this was sewage, and we are in the middle of COVID, but James and Alden put me at ease and handled the clean up in a professional and safe manner. I have nothing but good things to say!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We found a leak in our kitchen on Super Bowl Sunday night. A&D answered right away and walked me through what to do in order to prevent further damage. First thing the next morning they had a crew out taking care of the issue. They even went to bat for us when our insurance company made us a low initial offer for settlement. We were eventually reimbursed the full amount. Our house looks so much better than it did before the water damage. If you want amazing customer service and the job done right this is the company to call.
